She has played the game online, we had to buy a pet VIP, then enter the code and sign up ..... Suddenly he did not allow login ... Says the user does not exist ... I bought the animal, why its composition ????? Any help is welcome ... . Oh and I sent Hasbro company last week and did not come back to me .....
